This dry technique allows for highly precise, hygienic treatment while reducing the risk of skin over-softening and improving accuracy during the procedure. During your appointment, nails are carefully trimmed, shaped, and refined using professional hardware tools. Thickened nails can be safely reduced, and areas of hard skin, callus, or rough skin are gently smoothed using controlled, medical-grade devices. The dry method allows the practitioner to clearly see skin and nail structures, helping achieve more precise results. Medical Pedicure Dry Hardware is ideal for clients with thick nails, calluses, cracked skin, or those who prefer a clinical, non-soak treatment. It is also suitable for people who need a higher level of hygiene or have specific foot health concerns. The aim of our Medical Pedicure Dry Hardware service is to improve comfort, support healthy skin and nail growth, and help maintain overall foot health with a safe, professional, and results-focused approach.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Payment for fixed-price services (without a specified price range) shall be made in full by the client at the time of booking through the website. For services where a price range is specified, the final price shall be determined after the service has been rendered, based on the actual scope and complexity of the work performed. Payment for such services shall be made by the client after completion of the session. When booking a service with a price range, the client will be required to provide card details to ensure compliance with the cancellation terms and to allow any applicable cancellation fees to be charged. Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge if completed at least 12 hours before the appointment. This may be done via the сlient’s personal account or by contacting us. Cancellations and rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will incur a £20 fee (but not more than the cost of the session). To cancel an appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, the сlient must contact us directly. By booking an appointment, the client authorises Alyona Semchuk Foot Health Practitioner to store a payment method via our secure payment provider (Wix Payments) and to charge the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy. The late cancellation or no-show fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of loss due to reserved appointment time. Any refunds applicable to this section of the terms and conditions will be processed within 7 business days. This policy applies to all appointments booked online, by phone call, by e-mail or in person.
