The service is designed for one nail. If you need more than one, please book additional time. Our Nail Plate Reconstruction Treatment is designed to restore the appearance and structure of damaged, broken, or partially missing toenails. Using specialist medical-grade materials, we create a realistic nail surface while protecting the natural nail underneath as it grows. This treatment is often used following nail trauma, fungal nail damage, nail loss, or when nails are misshapen or partially detached. The reconstruction is carefully applied to ensure it looks natural, feels comfortable, and allows the underlying nail and skin to function normally. The Nail Plate Reconstruction Treatment is not purely cosmetic – it can help protect sensitive nail beds, reduce friction inside footwear, and improve confidence in the appearance of your feet. The materials used are breathable and flexible, allowing normal nail growth to continue. Your practitioner will also provide advice on aftercare, nail protection, and maintenance to help maximise the lifespan of the reconstruction and support healthy nail regrowth.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Payment for fixed-price services (without a specified price range) shall be made in full by the client at the time of booking through the website. For services where a price range is specified, the final price shall be determined after the service has been rendered, based on the actual scope and complexity of the work performed. Payment for such services shall be made by the client after completion of the session. When booking a service with a price range, the client will be required to provide card details to ensure compliance with the cancellation terms and to allow any applicable cancellation fees to be charged. Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge if completed at least 12 hours before the appointment. This may be done via the сlient’s personal account or by contacting us. Cancellations and rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will incur a £20 fee (but not more than the cost of the session). To cancel an appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, the сlient must contact us directly. By booking an appointment, the client authorises Alyona Semchuk Foot Health Practitioner to store a payment method via our secure payment provider (Wix Payments) and to charge the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy. The late cancellation or no-show fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of loss due to reserved appointment time. Any refunds applicable to this section of the terms and conditions will be processed within 7 business days. This policy applies to all appointments booked online, by phone call, by e-mail or in person.
