Our Toenail Tidy-Up Service is a simple, professional treatment designed to keep your toenails neat, comfortable, and easy to manage. This service is ideal for routine nail maintenance and is performed by a qualified foot health practitioner using clean, professional instruments. During your appointment, nails are carefully trimmed and shaped to a healthy length, helping reduce the risk of splitting, catching, or discomfort in footwear. The practitioner will also check nail condition and provide advice on maintaining healthy toenails between visits. The Toenail Tidy Up Service is suitable for anyone who finds it difficult to cut their own toenails, wants professional maintenance, or prefers hygienic, clinical nail care rather than cosmetic salon treatments. It is especially helpful for those with thicker nails, reduced flexibility, or early nail changes. Our goal is to keep your nails comfortable, tidy, and healthy while helping prevent common nail problems through regular, professional care.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Payment for fixed-price services (without a specified price range) shall be made in full by the client at the time of booking through the website. For services where a price range is specified, the final price shall be determined after the service has been rendered, based on the actual scope and complexity of the work performed. Payment for such services shall be made by the client after completion of the session. When booking a service with a price range, the client will be required to provide card details to ensure compliance with the cancellation terms and to allow any applicable cancellation fees to be charged. Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge if completed at least 12 hours before the appointment. This may be done via the сlient’s personal account or by contacting us. Cancellations and rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will incur a £20 fee (but not more than the cost of the session). To cancel an appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, the сlient must contact us directly. By booking an appointment, the client authorises Alyona Semchuk Foot Health Practitioner to store a payment method via our secure payment provider (Wix Payments) and to charge the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy. The late cancellation or no-show fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of loss due to reserved appointment time. Any refunds applicable to this section of the terms and conditions will be processed within 7 business days. This policy applies to all appointments booked online, by phone call, by e-mail or in person.
